Accessibility statement
I want everyone to be able to read this site and reach me, whatever device, input method or assistive technology they use.
Standard
The target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, with AAA contrast for body text where it is inexpensive.
What is in place
- Every control works with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip link to the main content.
- Pages use landmarks, one main heading, real lists and native controls, and are tested with automated checks on every change.
- Animations follow your system’s reduced-motion setting, and the “Pause animations” button in the footer stops them on any device.
- Text and controls meet AA contrast on every surface, and high-contrast and forced-colors modes are supported.
- All reading and navigation work without JavaScript: language switch, project filters and pagination are plain links.
Known limitations
- Decorative animations, such as the hero background, are hidden from assistive technology and have no text equivalent because they carry no information.
- Linked external sites are outside my control and may not meet the same standard.
Feedback
If something gets in your way, tell me and I will fix it. The contact section has my email.
